Styled: Printed Blazer and Boyfriend Jeans

Friday, April 5, 2013

Of all the trends this spring and last fall printed blazer and boyfriend jeans are two of my favorites, but I've always been a bit unsure on how to wear boyfriend jeans. This stye of jeans is supposed to be loose and baggy, but that isn't the most flattering look on me. That is why I love this JBrand pair, they are just   loose enough to be boyfriend jeans without being too baggy and unflattering.

You can make boyfriend jeans a little more feminine by adding fun sandals, jewelry and a pretty print. As soon as Liz from Sequins and Stripes wrote about this blazer I knew I wanted it. Unfortunately, it is almost $300 so I've been looking for some other options. I really like this floral blazer from topshop and this one from forever 21. Also for a more geometric pattern I love this blazer from Asos.  I'm still looking for a palm print blazer though. Finding the right blazer for your style and body is a must do!

Happy Friday as well! I hope you all have something fun planned for this weekend. Tonight I'm going to my school's hypnotist show, which always ends up being hilarious!

  3. I'm not a big fan of the blazer print, but the bag is awesome. I like the jeans/tank outfit, too.

  6. This is great and I agree that sometimes it's a little hard to wear the boyfriend jean but if they aren't too baggy then that sounds perfect!
